Fall Festival Treasures Gallery Sale

The Treasures Gallery Sale will be only one part of the annual Fall Festival. This event will be in the Alexander Building Gym on Saturday, October 27, 2007. Our goal is to provide a gym full of tables and booths with arts & crafts, antiques, collectables, jewelry, gifts, food, and much more. Church groups, church members, and Preschool/MDO staff will have the first opportunity to participate in this sale. A reservation form is available on this website. Many participants from last year have indicated that they want to participate again, so we hope to fill the spaces quickly. Booths and spaces will be assigned on a first come basis.

Each participant in the Treasures Gallery Sale is asked to donate an item or items that represent the products being sold at your booth or table. This can be one single item or a basket that includes several different items. These items will be used in a silent auction which will serve as a way to advertise what we have to offer in the Treasures Gallery Sale.

Items for the auction will be collected when you set up your table on the morning of the Fall Festival, and you will receive a receipt for your donation to use for tax purposes. We will clearly mark your donation with your name and the location of your table in the gym.

This should be a great way to advertise our Treasures Gallery Sale items and also to further benefit the church through the Fall Festival.
