DEADLINE: 9:00am WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE DESIRED EVENT DATE!

Please fill in the event and contact information below. If you have not received confirmation of the availability of the facility from the church within 24 hours, (Monday through Thursday) please contact the church office immediately at (972) 298-6121. If you submit a request Friday through Sunday, it will be Monday before we can respond.
