Southwest Dallas County Chapter

An international non-profit, non-denominational self-help organization offering friendship and understanding to bereaved families. The purpose is to support and aid families in the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child.

Members have experienced the death of their children, grandchildren or siblings at all ages, and from many different causes. It is the common loss and experience which benefits all. Meetings are open to parents, grandparents and siblings. Talking is not required, but most find that sharing their personal stories benefits all members, including themselves.

There are no monetary dues, but tax-deductible love gifts in honor of a child are accepted. The funds are used for various purposes in supporting the chapter, outreach in the community, and the national ogranization.
